Delay wire transfers so they are no longer instantaneous. Even a delay of an hour or two could help prevent a significant amount of wire fraud

Require banks to impose additional authorization for wire transfers

Require that Chase and other banks repay stolen funds to customers who have been the victims of fraudulent wire transfers. Refunds are now being issued for fraudulent transactions through Zelle, which is partially owned by JP Morgan Chase
