Chase Bank Wire Transfer Fraud 

This is an actual letter that Chase sent to a customer who lost more than $10,000 in

a fraudulent wire transfer. The scammer posed as a Chase fraud investigator.

The customer did NOT "authorize the transfer or received benefit from the item (s)"
