WELCOME

Millions of dollars are being stolen from Chase Bank customers through fraudulent wire transfers initiated by criminals posing as Chase fraud investigators. Chase denies responsibility, blaming their own customers  and refusing to repay funds stolen from their accounts. Consumers should be protected under

The Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA). But Chase and other big banks say the law, passed in 1978, makes an exception for wire transfers. Banks insist they have no responsibility to do anything for their customers. Victims have NO recourse and NO rights under the law meant to protect them from this type of crime. Lawmakers MUST close the loophole that allows banks to exempt wire transfers and banks must be required to reimburse victims.

Chase Wire Transfer Fraud was created by a Chase wire fraud victim as a gathering place for others willing to work together to effect change. If you're a victim or an ally, please fill our a contact form and join us.

Let's make sure everyone knows that money is not safe in a Chase Bank!

You think your money is safe in a bank? It's not.

In a report to Congress,

the FBI said its

Internet Crime Complaint Center received reports

on this type of fraud totaling

$2.4 billion in 2021

Consumers really don't have protections. That's why these cases are so horrifying because there's nothing that can be done (unless changes are made to the EFTA).
